Product can only be returned if:
1. Product defect (holes, broken strap, etc)
2. wrong SKU sent , for this case product must not be tried on and used by customer before returning
For cases where customers order the wrong size / color (Size / color / type of product is correctly sent, but it does not fit the customer) we apologize we cannot return since there is size chart already provided. And we have mentioned in notes before purchase that it is the customer's responsibility to pick the right size, for situations where the customers are confused which product to buy, customer were given the opportunity for sizing consultation.
To return the product, the return claim must be filed within 3 days since parcel has been received by buyer.
The logistic & shipping fee for return / refund products will be bared on the customer.

Double stitching technology is used in Sculpt's shapewear to maximize and target compression mainly in the belly and waist area. It works by creating 2 seamless layers of shapewear in a targeted area to double the compression.
Mesh stitching technology is used in Sculpt's shapewear to maximize butt-lifting capabilities. It works by utilising a very thin mesh layer to target certain body parts that isn't supposed to appear flat, for example the butt area.
It is up to the user of the shapewear whether they want to use undergarments underneath the shapewear. we have an open gusset feature for our bodysuits and boyshorts so the user do not have to take off the shapewear (that is hard to do) when going to the toilet.
Sculpt shapewear have many different features to avoid sagging / rolling during usage. Boyshort and panties uses steel bones to prevent rolling Bodysuits have internal silicone waistband to prevent rolling, as well as shoulder / bra straps to increase the rolling-prevention support

We have an open gusset feature for our bodysuits and boyshorts so the user do not have to take off the shapewear (that is hard to do) when going to the toilet. But it is up to the users if they want to use underwear within their shapewear
Wash and General Care Instructions:
Hand wash only, do not use machine to wash , it will damage the shaping component of the fabric
Hang dry only, do not use machine to dry , the extreme heat will damage the fabric and lessens overall shaping capability
Do not iron, similar to using a heater - the heat will ruin shaping component of the fabric
Do not bleach as it will lead to issues for the stitching and coloring
We currently don't provide any shapewear targeted for women during maternity. HOWEVER, it is something we are going to release in the future!
Sculpt Shapewear is designed for women of all sizes, so they would feel more comfortable and confident about their body.
Durability is a very strong focus from Sculpt, our shapewear is made to last for years of usage even when used on a daily basis. If taken care well, the product would still be able to maintain its compression ability.
